We are a small studio in Chandler's Ford, not a call centre. The people who build your site are the people who answer the phone, and we are happy to talk it through over a coffee anywhere in Hampshire.
Common questions
Builds are a one-off fixed price agreed before any work starts. A brochure site for a new agency is £249. A site with its own job board is a custom build, from £999, and we quote it properly once we know which tools you use. Every site includes our £29 a month Hosting & Care plan, which covers hosting, security and up to 30 minutes of small edits a month. That runs for 12 months, then rolls monthly so you can cancel any time.
Usually, yes. If your system can send jobs out by API or a feed, we can connect your site to it so jobs appear without anyone re-entering them. We did exactly this with LogicMelon for Scinergy Recruitment. We check what your tools support before we quote, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Each role can have its own apply form with a CV upload, and applications come straight to your inbox. If your CRM can take applications directly, we can look at sending them there instead.
A DIY site is a sensible place to start, and plenty of agencies begin that way. If it looks like every other agency, or your jobs sit in a generic widget, a proper build will do more for you. We will give you an honest view before you spend anything.
Most brochure sites are live in about 10 days, almost always within two weeks. A site with a connected job board takes a little longer, and we give you a clear timeline before we start.
You do, outright. The site and the domain are yours, and your job and candidate data stays in your own systems.
