Once a website is live, it's easy to lose track of it. Is anyone visiting? Is it still up? Did that change you asked for get done? Until now, the only way to find out was to ask us. Now every Fixels client has their own portal, where they can sign in and see for themselves.
Signing in takes a few seconds
There's no password to remember. Type in your email address, we email you a 6-digit code, and you're in. It works just as well on your phone as on a laptop. Only people we've added can sign in, so if someone else at your business needs a login, just tell us.
Your website, and whether it's up
The first thing you see is your website and your plan: what you have, when it went live and what you pay. We check every client's site every 15 minutes. The portal shows how much of the time yours has been up, and if a site stops loading, we get an email so we can get straight on it.
Who's visiting
Underneath is the last 30 days on your site: how many people visited, how that compares with the month before and how many were on a phone. You can also see which pages they looked at most and where they came from, like Google, Facebook or WhatsApp. It's counted without cookies, so it includes the people who say no to cookie banners.
Ask for a change, then see where it's up to
Need new opening hours, a price changed or a photo swapped? Ask in the portal. Every change sits in one list showing where it's up to (received, in progress, price sent or done) with a note from us. Changes you send by email, WhatsApp or a phone call go on the same list, so you can always see what's been done.
If you're on Hosting & Care, you'll also see how much of your 30 minutes of small edits you've used this month. Anything bigger, like a new page, we price first, so there are no surprise bills.
Invoices and Direct Debit
Your invoices are in the portal too, ready to download. You can also set up a Direct Debit there. It's handled by GoCardless on their own secure pages, so we never see your bank details. With Hosting & Care, your monthly payment is then taken on the 1st, and you can pay any unpaid invoice by Direct Debit in a couple of clicks instead of a bank transfer.
Your Google reviews
If your business is on Google, the portal shows your star rating and how many reviews you have. Next to it are your review link and a QR code, ready to print for your van, counter or invoices. The easier it is to leave a review, the more likely happy customers are to leave one.
A free month for every business you send us
Clients on Hosting & Care get their own link to share. When a business you send our way becomes a client, your next month of Hosting & Care is on us. There's no limit, so send us three and that's three months free.
What it costs
Nothing. The portal comes with every website we build. Most of what's in it goes hand in hand with Hosting & Care, our £29 a month plan for hosting, security and small edits. Everything that's included is on our pricing page.
Already a client? We're sending out invites now, so look out for an email from us. You can also click Client login at the top of our website and sign in with the email address you use with us. If it doesn't let you in, give us a shout and we'll sort it.
